Refund Policy

Rubin’s General Maintenance (RGM) strives to provide high‑quality property maintenance and repair services. Because each service is customized to the specific needs of the property, all payments are generally non‑refundable once work has been completed.

Refund Policy 

Service Deposits
Any deposits or upfront payments made to secure scheduling, materials, or labor are non‑refundable. Deposits may be credited toward future services at RGM’s discretion.

Completed Services
Refunds are not issued for completed services. If a client is dissatisfied with the quality of work, RGM will review the concern and, when appropriate, offer a reasonable correction or re‑service at no additional cost.

Cancellations

Clients who cancel scheduled services must provide reasonable notice. Cancellations made without adequate notice may result in a cancellation fee. Fees will be outlined in the service agreement or estimate.

Inaccurate or Incomplete Information
Refunds will not be issued when delays, additional costs, or service limitations result from inaccurate information, restricted access, unsafe conditions, or undisclosed property issues.

RGM Discretion
In rare circumstances, RGM may issue partial refunds or credits toward future services. Such decisions are made solely at RGM’s discretion and are not guaranteed.
